Vol 2, Appendix D - Gateway Lafayette Joint Use Agreement, and Project Permit at Beaver Park

This joint agreement applies to the Tourist Information Center and Landscaping in the median of Evangeline Throughway, US Highway 167. It provides for the Parish of Lafayette to remove buildings and landscaping when the lease is terminated.

The permit from DOTD allows the installation of a sidewalk along the right-of-way of Highway 90.
